Excellent and Full of Emotion
5 out of 5 stars
One downfall of reading many books is that sometimes you finish a book and somehow forget to review it. Unfortunately, that happened with Path Forward, the fourth book in the Celebrities series. I absolutely love Nicole Pyland’s works, and this one was no different. The story, the characters, and the overall “feeling” that all of her books, especially this one, have is what always do it for me.
Path Forward has a lot of emotion in it. And I say that with a smile on my face. I love it when an author can pack emotion into a book without feeling too heavy. Pyland seems to be able to do that in her books, and this one seems to take it to another level. Filled with redemption and growth, the characters in this one seem to have a lot to prove but also a lot to make up for (from the previous books and backstories).
I normally have a lot to say about these, but this is one of those stories you just need to read to realize how amazing Pyland’s writing truly is. She just seems to be able to make these women, their lives, and these stories come to life. And speaking of bringing them to life, Melissa Moran is one of the best working performers out there, and she nails it in Path Forward.
